In submitting this form, I understand that this event on Sunday, April 25th, 2010 from 11 a.m. to 4p.m. is an outdoor event and it will be held weather permitting. Participation is voluntary and Broadlands Association Inc., and Piedmont Environmental Council are not responsible for lost or damaged goods or property. I also understand that my sponsorship fee for the event is non-refundable even if this event must be canceled due to inclement weather. This event is Rain or Shine. Please submit this application by March 29th, 2010 along with a kid-friendly activity to be approved by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions within 2 business days. Planning committee will provide detailed event schedule including set-up and break-down of each exhibitor two weeks prior to the event.
