In signing this document, I understand that this event on Sunday, April 25th, 2010 from 11 a.m. to 4p.m. is an outdoor event and it will be held weather permitting. Participation is voluntary and Broadlands Association Inc., and Piedmont Environmental Council are not responsible for lost or damaged goods or property. Please submit this application by March 29th, 2010 along with a family / kid-friendly activity to be approved by the Organizing Committee. Schools are required to professionally display their project or information about their club.

There is no fee for this category of exhibitors. You will be provided with a 10x10 space. Please bring tables, chairs and a tent. You will be contacted by a committee member to confirm your registration.

School groups are required to have an adult supervision at their booths at all times. The organizers are not responsible for supervising minors that will be exhibiting at the event. Please bring your refillable water bottles.

The Planning committee will provide detailed event scheduled including set-up and break-down of each exhibitor two weeks prior to the event.
