The Event is Rain Or Shine
Date: Sunday, April 22nd, 2012 Time: 11am – 4:00pm
Product & Service Exhibitor Requirements:
Applicants must provide a detailed description of the proposed promotional display/sales booth, including descriptions or samples of materials to be distributed.
For the purpose of creating learning opportunity and interest from the public, all the exhibitors are required to have a kid/family friendly activity.
No political or advocacy displays or materials are permitted.
All applications will be reviewed by the Committee.
Space Details:
Spaces are assigned and measure a generous 10’ x 10’ each or larger.
Spaces must be covered by canopies.
Exhibitors must provide and set up their own display.
Assigned spaces cannot be relocated without the consent of the Event Committee.
Electricity is not provided.
Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed. Except purchased from event food/drink provider.
Voice amplification devices may not be used.
Donation & Application Process:
Applicants will receive a decision within 2 business days.
Required donation amounts are listed on the Application. If your application is approved you will receive an e-mail with donation instructions. Your donation must be received prior to be included in the promotional materials or you must send a commitment letter with explanation of your accounting process for donations. No refunds will be issued.
Space is limited and allocated on a first come-first serve basis.
