In submitting this form, I understand that this event on Sunday, April 10th, 2011 from 11 am to 4 pm is an outdoor event and it will be held weather permitting. Participation is voluntary and Broadlands Association Inc., and Piedmont Environmental Council are not responsible for lost or damaged goods or property. I also understand that my sponsorship fee for the event is non-refundable even if this event must be cancelled due to inclement weather. This event is Rain or Shine.
Please submit this application by March 15th, 2011 along with a kid-friendly activity to be approved by the Organizing Committee.
If your application is approved you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions within 2 business days. Planning committee will provide detailed event schedule including set-up and break-down of each exhibitor two weeks prior to the event.
