Sponsorship Information

    Presenting Stage Sponsor

  • 16×24 stage provide variety of performances throughout the day, including awards ceremony.  Stage banner will include the logo of the sponsor.  Sponsor can also display a custom vertical banner on stage.  MC will mention the Sponsor throughout the day.

  • Sponsors logo will be listed on the back of the shirt.

    Logo on 15×3 Vertical Event Sign

  • Sponsors logo will be listed on the vertical “Thank You” banner displayed a week prior to the event in Clyde’s foyer.

    Radio Publicity

  • Events minimum 20 promotional announcements will include the sponsors’ names.

    Company Name Mentioning in Press Releases

  • Minimum of 2 of press releases issued will mention the sponsors’ names (this may change by when sponsors sign up).

    Logo on Booth Location on 2 30X48 Layout Map displayed at the event

  • Events layout map displayed during the event to show the booth locations will include the company’s logo for more visibility.

    Logo on 50′ Banner on Dulles Greenway

  • During the (dates) event banner will be displayed and sponsors logos will be included.

    Industry Exclusivity

  • Only 1 company per industry can be “Platinum” Sponsor.

  • Scheduled articles will be published weekly which will include information about the green industry the sponsors represent.  Based on the number of sponsors the time on the page will be distributed accordingly.  Facebook will be used to generate readership.

    Education Workshop Sponsor

  • 20X20 tent with a stage (size) will be used for scheduled educational workshops.  Stage banner will display the sponsors’ logos.  Seating will accommodate approx. 60 people and sound system will be provided.
